Polypropylene: It melts and shrinks near the flame, is easy to burn, burns slowly and emits black smoke away from the flame. The upper end of the flame is yellow, and the lower end is blue, emitting a smell of petroleum. After burning, the ash becomes hard round light yellow brown particles, which are easily crushed when twisted by hand.
